Location info
Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
My stay at the hotel was pleasant overall. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet, but it's clear they are in need of a refresh. The service was friendly and professional, with a particularly helpful young man at check-in. The location was excellent for my overnight stay near the airport, despite the presence of some homeless people nearby. The dining options were limited and a bit expensive, more like a basic American fare, but the facilities were adequate for a short visit.
I was quite impressed with the hotel's location, but it had its drawbacks. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, although the noise levels came as a surprise given the close proximity to the airport and train station. The service was fantastic, with very helpful and friendly staff. The dining experience, however, fell short of expectations, and the prices were on the higher side.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The room was good, clean, cool, and comfortable, although the constant sound of the sky train was a drawback. The service was very friendly and welcoming, with staff being attentive and responsive to our needs. The location was excellent for my purpose, waiting for a friend, and the shuttle service was convenient. The dining experience offered a satisfying 5-star breakfast for free. Despite some noise from the sky train, the value for money was fair and I found the hotel to be a good choice for my trip.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room was quite small and needed renovation but was surprisingly clean and comfortable, with a nice granite countertop in the bathroom. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially at the bar and during breakfast, even though there was a mix-up with my late check-out request. The location, right across from the SkyTrain, was perfect for my overnight stay, despite a slightly noisy entry. The dining options were not worth the price, but the convenience of the airport shuttle was great.
The hotel had clean and large rooms, albeit a little dated in appearance. The service was commendable with staff accommodating various needs. The location was perfect for various activities, benefiting both leisure and business travelers, and the dining options provided a satisfactory experience.
